The website, books, audio, articles, presentations, frameworks, tools and other materials are provided for information and personal or business learning. They are not legal, financial, tax, employment, investment, medical or other regulated professional advice.

You remain responsible for decisions, actions, implementations and outcomes arising from use of the site or its materials.

Prices, available formats and applicable taxes are shown before checkout. Payments are processed through the payment provider. A purchase is complete when payment has been confirmed and the relevant product or service can be delivered.

Coaching, speaking, workshops and advisory work may have a separate scope, schedule, price or written agreement. If separate terms are agreed for an engagement, those terms take precedence for that engagement.

Unless a specific licence says otherwise, digital books, audio and other purchased materials are licensed to the purchaser for personal use. You may not copy, distribute, resell, publish, share or make the materials available to others except where permitted by law or agreed in writing.

We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every item will remain available indefinitely. We may update, improve, withdraw or replace content, events, offers or site features.

Where a material change affects an already purchased or booked service, we will seek a reasonable solution appropriate to the circumstances.

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, use automated means to extract content at scale without permission, infringe intellectual-property rights or use the service unlawfully.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Valto AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the site or materials. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the service operator, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules. We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The current version is published on this page.
