I'm Valto Loikkanen — a long-time entrepreneur and builder.
Right now I help entrepreneurs become AI-native. I believe this capability has unusually high leverage when ownership, business understanding and decision power sit in the same person. I work entrepreneur to entrepreneur, and the goal is not dependency on me but transferring capability as quickly as possible.
People I've worked with describe an "ability to combine strategic thinking with pragmatic approach" and "a knack at simplifying seemingly tricky issues." I care about momentum — turning ideas into something that actually runs.

I coach owner-entrepreneurs who actively lead their businesses, one to one, to put AI to work — more capacity, lower costs, faster execution, and the ability to prototype, direct or build new things with their teams and agents.

I intentionally delegate as much of my own work as possible to AI agents, while keeping intent, direction, judgement and responsibility. This website, the book and the tools around them are built that way. I teach what I actually do.

Customer experience and UX remain a deep area of expertise — now applied as one part of value creation, not the whole frame. The bigger picture is AI-native owner → AI-native work → AI-native company.

Contributing to the broader AI transition
Not everything needs to be a service or a product. I maintain Tekoälytalous.fi so that shared understanding of the AI economy develops more widely in Finland. It is an open Finnish resource for understanding how AI is changing work, companies, infrastructure and the wider economy.
The aim is to help build a clearer shared understanding of the AI economy, especially from a Finnish and European perspective.
