Advisory sprint

    2–4 weeks

Turn a workshop outcome into a concrete pilot plan, measurement approach, and an internal rhythm for continuous improvement.

Focused, practical, and designed to create momentum without turning into a long consulting project.

A short sprint that turns direction into action

The advisory sprint is a structured, time-boxed engagement to help you move from a clear opportunity to a pilot-ready plan. It is designed for organizations that want to build AI-native growth capability through customer experience and need support to translate a workshop outcome into a real execution path.

This is not "consulting forever". It is a focused sprint with clear outputs.

Teams that want progress, not more discussion

    Typical clients include:

Leadership sponsor (growth, commercial, product, service, or CEO)
    Product and customer experience leads
    Sales and marketing leads
    Service and customer support leads
    Delivery or operations lead
A person responsible for measurement and reporting (optional but useful)

    What you leave with

By the end of the sprint, you will have:

A defined pilot scope with clear boundaries

A measurement approach: signals, leading indicators, and outcomes

A practical implementation path and timeline

Ownership model: who does what, and when

A quality and trust baseline for customer-facing use

An internal rhythm for continuous improvement

A pilot-ready package that can be executed internally or with support

The pilot, the loop, and the operating rhythm

    Work typically includes:

Refining the chosen opportunity into a clear pilot scope
Defining what signals will be captured and how they will be used
Designing the AI-native interaction loop: interaction → signal → learning → improvement → new value
Defining measurement so progress is visible early
Aligning on quality and governance basics (what is acceptable, what is not)
Planning the internal cadence for iteration and improvement

When relevant, we can review tool options or partner solutions, but the focus remains capability and decision support, not selling tools.

    Weekly rhythm, clear outputs

    A typical sprint includes:

A short kickoff session to align on scope and goals
Weekly working sessions (60–90 minutes each)
Light async support between sessions (notes, feedback, review)
A final wrap-up session and delivery of the pilot-ready package

    2-week sprint

Best when the opportunity is already clear and you want fast momentum.

    4-week sprint

Best when you need deeper alignment across teams, clearer measurement design, or more complex constraints.

    What you get in writing

You receive a practical package such as:

    Pilot overview: purpose, scope, boundaries
Interaction loop design: what happens, where signals come from, how learning happens
Measurement plan: signals, leading indicators, outcomes
    Execution plan: timeline, owners, dependencies
Quality and trust baseline: rules, escalation, human handoff points
Operating rhythm: cadence for continuous improvement

    Clear boundaries

Not a long-term consulting retainer by default
    Not a tool implementation project
    Not vendor-led selection
Not a generic AI strategy engagement

This sprint is about converting direction into a pilot-ready action plan and a repeatable way of working.

    Light input, decision-making availability

    To make the sprint effective:

One defined opportunity or workshop outcome to start from
A sponsor who can make or unblock decisions
Access to basic customer signal sources (sales notes, support themes, feedback)
Commitment from key owners to attend the working sessions
