AI Native Entrepreneurship

I coach entrepreneurs to become AI-native.

I help owner-entrepreneurs become AI-native as quickly as possible, so they can lead their company’s change themselves. Entrepreneur to entrepreneur, on the same side of the table. Not a course on tools, but a shift in how you work: more personal capacity, lower costs, faster execution, and things you can now prototype, direct or build with your team and agents.

You already have the experience. AI multiplies it.

    The big idea

You can outsource AI. You cannot outsource AI leadership.

Tools, projects and providers can all be bought. The understanding of what AI changes in your own business cannot. When ownership, business understanding and decision power sit in the same person, that person gets the most leverage from becoming AI-native.

You do not have to keep doing everything yourself. But you should first become capable enough to see what is possible, do enough of it yourself to internalize it, and then decide what to delegate.

“Learn enough to choose what you should never need to do yourself again.”

Where are you on the path to AI-native work?

Take the free five-minute self-assessment to see your overall AI maturity level, your profile across four areas and practical next steps.

    Take the assessment

    Made for owner-entrepreneurs

If you own the business and actively lead it, you bring the context, authority and accountability together. This is especially useful when you already have a team, customers and an established business to move forward — but company size is not the test.

You own the business and lead it

You have the authority and responsibility to make decisions and change how your company operates.

You have an organization to lead

People, customers, systems and real operating complexity give you places where AI can create immediate leverage.

You want to lead AI, not merely sponsor it

You may already have technical people, partners or an AI team. Firsthand understanding helps you set direction, judge priorities and decide what to delegate.

    Why owner-entrepreneurs have the advantage

    • You have the broadest context of the business
    • You know where the missing information is
    • You can decide on the spot: opening accounts, payment cards, API keys, access rights, contract terms, security decisions and budgets
    • You can reprioritize as you learn
    • You see the economic impact directly

    What changes for you

How much changes depends on the task and on you. These are the areas where owner-entrepreneurs typically see the difference first.

    1

More personal capacity — you get through work that used to take days

    2

Costs you can cut: tasks, tools, subscriptions and bought-in services

    3

Things you can now prototype, direct or build that once needed a team, agency or separate project

    4

Faster experiments, so ideas get tested instead of postponed

    5

Confidence to judge vendors, proposals and prices on your own terms

    6

Independence — the goal is your capability, not dependence on a coach

    A rhythm, not a curriculum

There are no fixed slides. Each session follows your business, your questions and what you tried since last time. Your own work becomes the curriculum.

We sit on the same side of the table. You do not stop running your company to study AI. We take the real work already on your desk and do it AI-natively.

You leave with more than understanding: your capability, your AI working environment and real things already implemented.

    1

    Session: open the next layer

We start from your situation and go as deep as your questions take us — concepts, agents, tools, business consequences.

    2

Between sessions: put it to work

You apply it in real work, personally or with your team. That is where the change happens — and where useful obstacles and better questions appear.

    3

    Return and go deeper

We resolve what you ran into and move to the next level. Early sessions sit close together, later ones further apart.

Hitting a wall between sessions is not failure. It usually means you have reached the next layer.

What this looks like in practice

    Two anonymized examples from owner-entrepreneurs.

    From website to operating systems

    1. Website renewal
    2. Multilingual AI-native site
    3. Own logistics system
    4. Advertising management

What started as a website project became the owner building the systems the business runs on.

From an Excel log to custom apps

    1. Excel mileage log
    2. Custom app in one day
    3. Broader operational systems

One annoying manual task became the first app — and the confidence to build the next ones.

    What being AI-native actually means

Being AI-native is not about knowing more tools. It is a change in the questions you ask about your own work — and then acting on the answers.

Why am I still doing this by hand?
Could an agent handle this instead?
What is worth my judgement, and what is not?
Where is my own information sitting unused?
What could I now prototype or lead?
    What should I stop buying?
What would need to change so I could delegate this to an agent?

    New value creation

AI does not only make existing work cheaper. It changes what your company can build, offer and deliver in the first place — new products, services, business models and faster delivery. This is the primary engine. My CX and UX background is one lens for spotting it.

    Productivity

Efficiency and cost reduction. Important, and often the first thing you feel — but it is becoming table stakes. The secondary engine.

There is no single required path.

You can move forward in many ways: read the book to understand the change, learn with others in the community, and build your own Personal Core and Entity Core. When you want to move personally and fast, we do it together in coaching. To see where you stand today, take the free AI maturity assessment.

Valto Loikkanen speaking at an event

    From entrepreneur to entrepreneur

I am Valto Loikkanen, a long-time entrepreneur and builder with decades across technology, product and UX, business models and startups. I work AI-natively myself — delegating as much as possible to AI agents while keeping intent, direction and judgement. I teach what I actually do. Coaching engagements are intentionally limited.

You don't need private coaching for every question

Ask shared questions in the AI-Native Entrepreneurs community. I answer publicly whenever possible, so one answer helps many. If the question requires me to understand your company, data, systems or specific situation, that is where 1:1 coaching begins.

    About AI-Native Entrepreneurs

    Skills and context

Learn to operate AI-natively. Build the information core AI needs. Keep control of both.

As your own AI capability grows, the next question is where your own and your company’s information lives. AI becomes useful when it has the right context. Your information should be primary — apps and AI services should be replaceable.

    Build your Personal Core

Your notes, documents, messages, decisions, projects and history should not be trapped inside individual apps or AI services. peecos / PIOS is the open framework I created for building an owner-controlled Personal Core: a durable information foundation your apps and AI agents work from.

    • Study the framework
    • Build it yourself
    • Use a hosted implementation
    • Ask for help if you need it

    Build your Entity Core

The same problem exists at company level. When knowledge is scattered across people, documents, SaaS systems and inboxes, agents only see fragments. Entity Core is the open framework I created for giving an organization a durable, governed information foundation that both people and AI agents work from.

    • Fragmented organizational knowledge
    • Key-person dependency
    • Context for agents
    • Decisions and operating memory
    • Portability between software and AI providers
    • Governed access to company information

Both are DIY-first. You do not need to hire me to use them.

The deeper why behind AI-native work

Personal Ecosystem explains why your own information, context and control become increasingly important, how AI changes the relationship between people, software and information, and what happens as AI moves from assistant to agent. Start here if you want to understand the deeper change.
