This policy applies to services and content made available through valtoai.com.

Depending on how you use the site, this may include your name, email address, company and role, LinkedIn profile URL if you choose to provide it, messages, event-registration details, purchase details, and information required to deliver a service or respond to you.

We also collect limited technical and usage information, such as device or browser data, pages viewed, referral URLs and interaction events. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Valto AI.

We use data to provide requested products, downloads, coaching, events and communications; administer registrations and purchases; answer enquiries; improve the website and services; protect the service from misuse; and meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.

Where required, processing is based on performing an agreement or taking steps at your request before an agreement. We may also process data to pursue legitimate interests such as operating, securing and improving the service, and to meet legal obligations. Where consent is required, we rely on consent.

Valto AI uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used and to measure advertising. These services may receive browser, device, page-view and interaction information, including events such as viewing a book page or starting checkout.

Optional analytics and advertising tags are loaded only after your choice in Cookie settings. You can accept analytics and advertising measurement separately, reject optional tracking, and change your choice using the Cookie settings button. Advertising measurement may retain campaign parameters and Google click identifiers for up to 30 days and associate them with an inquiry or checkout. Your choice is retained for up to 180 days. No name, email or form message is sent in our browser conversion events. Payment confirmation, not a thank-you page visit alone, determines purchase events.

We use service providers to operate the website, manage registrations and communications, process payments, provide downloads, analyse usage and run advertising. They process data only as needed to provide their services or as required by law.

Some providers may process data outside your country. Where applicable, transfers are made using appropriate safeguards provided by the relevant provider or required by law.

We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide a service, resolve questions, maintain business records or meet legal obligations. Purchase and accounting records may be retained for the period required by applicable law.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of or restriction of your personal data; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or request data portability. You may also opt out of non-essential marketing by using the link in a message where available or by contacting us.
